Cancellation of Orders

If you cancel your order, the refund will be initiated within 2 to 4 hours after the cancellation is processed.

Return of Products

Once your product has been returned to our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check. After the product is approved, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.

How will I get my refund?

For prepaid orders, you can receive your refund directly into the account used for the transaction. For COD orders, we will send a refund link to the registered email address or contact number, allowing you to update your bank account details there.
